   – Elk & Pork Brat – add $3 –GF w/out roll

   – Chicken Brat –GF w/out roll

   – Plant Based Brat –Soy, Dairy, Meat Free - Not GF

   Choose Your Toppings: Grilled Onions – Grilled Sauerkraut – Pickled Jalapenos - Chopped Onion – Beer Cheese Sauce

2. Jagerschnitzel: Lightly breaded pork cutlet fried & covered with our rich brown mushroom gravy & mashed potatoes – add grilled onions or kraut.

3. Mac & Cheese Bowl: Our gooey mac & cheese made with our 6 cheese sauce is a meal in itself, but topping it with a sliced brat is next level!

   – Beer, Chicken or Plant Brat add $4 - Elk Brat add $6

4. Soft Pretzel & Cheese: Large warm & buttery salted pretzel with our house made beer cheese sauce for dippin’!
